The southern region holds a special place in Evangelical Christian history, as it was the birthplace of the first born-again Christian movement through the efforts of Sudan Interior Mission (SIM). One of the first believers and evangelists, Ababa Wandaro, was born and began his mission in Tebela area, Wolaytta. This deep-rooted legacy provides a unique foundation for our project. By developing this site, we aim to honor his legacy while establishing Tebela as a major Good News attraction Revival home for Christian pilgrims, missionaries, and faith-based tourists from around the world.
